Technically, determining who is responsible for different maintenance issues depends on the exact agreements of your association. This page is meant as a rough guide for what requests are often your responsibility, versus the association's responsibility. If you have any questions your association board or your contact at Timmons can provide you specific information.

The Association's Maintenance Responsibilities
The association is generally responsible for "big exterior" projects. Typically this means things like
- the parking areas
- trash pickup
- landscaping
- Water and sewer supply to your home (but not inside your home)
- community pools, community tennis courts, other community recreation areas
The following items depend on the arrangements of your association. (If you live in a duplex or other multi-unit building, the association is likely responsible. If you are in a single family home, you may be personally responsible.)
- roof and gutters
- siding/brick/exterior paint
- foundation
