Timmons Properties has been providing quality service to community associations and other various residential and commercial properties in the State of Tennessee for over 27 years.

Founded in 1980 by Mr. Walter L. Timmons, Jr., Timmons takes great pride in the services it provides to its various clients.  This is evidenced by the fact that we currently manage over 145 community associations and properties that consist of approximately 21,000 units.
 
Timmons Properties holds the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) Certification from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is very active in the State of Tennessee Chapter of CAI and the Davidson County and Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce Chapters.
